Functionality: After logging into the NGF Nutrition app, users have the capability to record food intake and physical activities, allowing for precise tracking of calories consumed and expended. This data is then benchmarked against the parameters set by the counselor. Additionally, the platform offers a web-based portal for logging purposes, ensuring that data remains synchronized across both mobile and cloud interfaces. For those utilizing wearable devices such as the Apple Watch, NGF Nutrition facilitates seamless integration for step counting and calorie tracking. By syncing your device with your profile, you can effectively maintain up-to-date records of daily activities.
